Founded by Paige and Robbie Smith, Denver Pops makes hand-crafted popsicles with mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients without any additives or artificial dyes. 'We have two kids and we wanted to do something where we could involve them,' Smith explained. The company has grown from a City Park Farmer's Market stand to selling over 300,000 popsicles annually across 34 flavors, with distribution through Whole Foods and recreation centers statewide.

To be honest with you, I think that there's not enough love for smaller towns.

In addition to farmers' markets, Denver Pops has contracts with Whole Foods, recreation centers, campgrounds, and other vendors throughout the state. Robbie and Ashley pride themselves on the fact that Denver Pops are made with locally sourced ingredients and no additives or artificial dyes in their 34 flavors.

Folks Farm and Seed was born on our Folk's property in North Fort Collins. We were struggling to come up with a business name but kept saying "Heading up to the Folks place". Eventually Folks Farm stuck and has remained a mantra since 2019.
