We are the San Luis Valley's community supported, naturally leavened, whole grain Cottage Foods and Wholesale Bakery. 

Nearly all the grain we use is regionally grown, here in the valley (some shown above). The flours from these beautiful grains are then stone-ground and unrefined to preserve the plentiful nutritional benefits found in unprocessed, whole grain berries (seeds) -- naturally infusing our products with the prebiotic fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals lost to modern breads.
