We place an emphasis on using heritage grains. we sell at farmers markets and have an online store with home delivery where we also offer locally raised/ produced items from our market partners. Some of the grains we use daily are whole wheat, whole wheat pastry flour, teff, buckwheat, gf oat flour, Gf oats, winter white and rye.
