We are a distillery based in Fairplay, Colorado that uses entirely Colorado grains. We malt, mill, mash, and distill every bit of our product and do not use any outsourced product from anywhere else. I have hand built out copper pot stills and use 100% open flame to heat the stills. I get my grains from Bow and Arrow Farms, Marc Arnusch Farms, and Paul Schlagel Farms.
Products & Services
Every single drop of our Whiskey & Brandy is distilled by us, in house. No blends. Just good ol’ family recipes matched with local grains & fruits, double copper pot distilled with Rocky Mountain snowmelt, and aged to perfection at 11, 600ft.
