In a nutshell, we are two Chefs who are married, with a little one named Tomás, who have made it our life for the past decade to work together in some of the most prestigious restaurants and bakeries in the world. We are very driven, personally and professionally – and have made it our life’s work to build very strong teams of Chefs to grow and learn in a collaborative, yet very technical, style. We have learned from many incredibly talented and respected mentors, but we also know that knowledge and inspiration can be gleaned from any source at any time. We have flown under the radar in many situations in order to drive the concepts of others, but feel that it is our time, now, to work on making our dream a reality.
