We are a small, market bakery in our first season at the Farmers Market at Wheatland Spring Farm Brewery in Waterford, VA. In a process that begins before the crack of dawn, we hand mix our dough and bake it in a wood-fired masonry oven on site, selling it fresh from the hearth to our customers. Our breads are naturally leavened and made with freshly milled whole grains. They provide a delicious foundation for a nourishing diet.
