Bakery Four is a whole grain focused naturally leavened bakery located in the heart of Highlands Square of Denver. We proudly use Cairnspring Mills and Camas Country flour, french sel gris sea salt, Isigny St Mere butter, and Valrhona Chocolate. Each component of every product is crafted from scratch each morning before the sun comes up. the small space on 32nd ave is where everything is formulated, crafted, and baked.
