Good morning! One thing I notice every week is the names of customers who haven’t picked up from us on Saturdays. Some are faces I recognize from Wednesdays at Cure or Sundays at the Lafayette Farmers Market, but many are new customers. Every week this winter (and now spring), we’ve had new customers.

We feel incredibly lucky to be expanding our customer base even without market events or a brick-and-mortar store (we're still slowly making progress on that). Thanks to each and every one of you who comes to pick up on a Saturday, regardless of what the weather is like or how busy your Saturday may be. We do recognize and appreciate your efforts.

We also want to say thanks for spreading the word. We get new customers when you share bread with friends and family, when you forward our newsletters along, and probably from other ways we don’t even realize. We’ve made a conscious decision to avoid delivery and to limit our social media output because we believe the local community aspect of a bakery is as important as the bread. 

So again, thank you for being a part of our bread community!

P.S. In addition to the usual online ordering for Saturday, online ordering for the Easter menu is also open until Wednesday at midnight. If you’d like items from our regular menu and our Easter menu for pickup on Saturday (4/4), you’ll have to do two separate orders, unfortunately. Please let us know if you run into any issues with ordering, and we’ll gladly sort it out.
