We are a Mom and Son owned Fort Collins retail & wholesale bakery, baking up Artisan bread to share with your family and friends. We specialize in naturally leavened San Francisco Sourdough, as well as pies, and croissants. We also make a variety of other pastries and goodies. All our baked goods are made with love and with the simplest ingredients. We use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to support our community. We sell our goods at our brick n mortar store in Old Town Fort Collins, to many local restaurants and businesses, and at all the local Farmers Markets. We also sell a variety of locally produced products in our bakery such as milk, eggs, cheese, pasta, oil, coffee, honey and kombucha.
