Pastificio Boulder is an artisanal pasta company crafting small batch pastas made from freshly-milled, organic heritage and ancient wheat varieties including Iraqi & Blue Beard Durum, Turkey Red, Red Fife, and Kamut flour and Eldorado Springs water.
Products & Services
We sell our pastas wholesale, at local specialty food shops. We cater events, from weddings to corporate luncheons. Through our online store, we sell pastas and sauces to the local (Boulder) community, either as custom orders or as a subscription program called Pasta Club. Pastificio Boulder also teaches private pasta making workshops.
