Committed to a Sustainable Regional Grain Economy  ​Our grains are grown locally and organically in the Chesapeake Bay region on family farms including our very own.  From these smaller lots, varietal grains are stoneground at low temperatures and packed by hand on our farm to preserve the nutrition, tastes, and artisanal culture that nature intended.
