New pickup location, Smaller menu, Firing up the test kitchen

We hope everyone had a good holiday! We are back this week with an abbreviated menu and an update on our plans for the next month or two.

New Pickup Location

We will continue to send out our newsletter on Mondays with online orders for Saturdays. The first pickup will be this Saturday, January 6th from 10:00am - 2:00pm at our house (208 Bass Circle in Lafayette, a little over a mile away from our previous pickup location at 707 S. Public). Please park in our driveway or in front of our house, and you are welcome to call or text if you’d like us to bring your order to your vehicle (614-946-8900) or to come to the door for pickup.

Smaller Menu

As mentioned, our menu is a little smaller this week as we try to determine what items are most popular this season. We are open to input, so let us know if there’s something you’d like to see. We think we’ll be primarily bread-focused based on how online orders have gone in the past, rotating through some of our other items each week. 

Firing up the Test Kitchen

While going down to one bake per week is an adjustment, the upside is that it will allow us to do some recipe development again. We plan on adding new varieties of breads and also new product offerings. We’ll continue to introduce those new items here, so you’ll be the first to know about them. We also ordered some new equipment and will be working through the learning curve with using those items. New recipes and equipment will help us continue to grow in 2024 and hopefully give you reason to keep coming back. :)
