Good afternoon! Just a few notes on some things we're working on for the remainder of the season:

This week, we're bringing back a seasonal cookie: Apple Pie. Like all of our cookies, this one is 100% whole grain. It's similar to our Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, but with an in-house spice blend instead of the cinnamon. I should probably also mention that both of those cookies are chewy, rather than crispy.

We'll be working our seasonal sourdough breads into the rotation in the coming weeks as well: Sage Einkorn, Cinnamon Pecan, Cranberry Pecan, etc. 

We're also working on a cinnamon raisin version of our English Muffins as well as an apple quick bread. Stay tuned for the launch of those, and in the mean time, give the Apple Pie Cookie a shot. Have a good week!
