About
We are a (mostly) wholesale small bakery focused on making the best bread we can using local and organic ingredients without the use of commercial yeast. I am a former CPA turned stay-at-home-dad turned full-time bread baker. Until recently we operated out of a tiny room in my house (second picture) but have since moved into a production space off Market Street in Wilmington.

They started out of a home and eventually grew into a commercial space. At the time when we added them to our database, they had moved their operation into a commercial space but were mainly focused on wholesale orders with potential plans for online ordering and pickup from commercial space.
