Overview
I'm a local, Fort Collins baker specializing in seasonal pies! In addition to vending at the Larimer County Farmers Market and Timnath Farmers' Market, I accept special orders and run a monthly pie subscription delivery. I am increasingly focused on using the local food chain for as many of my raw ingredients as possible and developing my business in an environmentally sustainable manner.
Products & Services
Sweet Pies (fruit mostly) sourced with as many local ingredients as possible, sold at farmers' markets and via a monthly subscription model. I use AP flour, white sonora flour, oats, and am starting to use more millet, buckwheat, and some rice (I'm working on a gluten free pie crust)
