We propose to redevelop the property at 210 North Public Road, formerly a Sinclair gas station, to create a two-story food hall style restaurant. Our concept includes four individual kitchen stalls that will be rented and operated by local vendors, a coffee and ice cream shop, two indoor bars, indoor seating on two floors and ground level and rooftop patio seating. The second level will also be used as rentable event space that can accommodate private gatherings without interfering with the regular operation of the food hall
