We make bread, bagels, pies, pastries and treats from scratch. Our target market are locals, tourists, busy families, and wholesale customers that value a connection to their gaming community, neighbors and fresh-baked quality products. We milk in-house and use Mountain Mama (Monte Vista, CO) wheat berries, pastry flour, Rouge de Bordeaux, and rye berries and Ring-a-Ding farms rye berries (Howard, CO).
