The Roasted Garlic Sourdough Bread returns this week, built on Kamut and a house garlic-infused olive oil for a mellower, sweeter roasted-garlic flavor.

Good afternoon! These newsletters will probably be shorter now that we're fully in market season. 

For this week, we're bringing back the Roasted Garlic Sourdough Bread. I'm always eager to see how a bread sells the second time as it typically sets the tone for how popular it is (and thus how often we should feature it in the rotation). If you didn't try it the first time, this bread features Kamut, an ancient wheat we use in our Rosemary and Sesame breads. It has a garlic-infused olive oil, along with roasted garlic, which results in a milder, sweeter garlic than fresh garlic.
