Good afternoon! Thanks to those who tried out the new Emmer bread. We hope you are enjoying it. New breads keep us engaged, learning, and eating well. Let us know if it's something you'd like to see on the menu again soon as we're trying to figure out our bread rotation for 2026.

We're currently working on our first Emmer "inclusion" bread, featuring fresh thyme and olives. Look for it on the menu in the near future. We might even have a sample on Saturday, if the second iteration of it goes well.

Speaking of new menu items, we are launching a Valentine's Day Cookie Box this week for pick-ups on February 14th. You can order these any time between now and midnight on February 11th. Like our Holiday Cookie Box last month, these are Daily Grains takes on some all-new cookies, featuring Colorado-grown Ryman Rye and White Sonora Wheat. (If you picked up this past Saturday, we had most of these cookies available as samples.)

We'll also be doing a special version of our Chocolate Cherry Bread that we'll make available for ordering in the week leading up to Valentine's Day.

For this week, we're bringing back limited quantities of our Thaw-and-Bakes: both the Cinnamon Rolls and Hot Rolls are now available. We're still trying to figure out how often to place these on the menu, but both will keep in your freezer, so you can order ahead this week if you'd like.
