Good morning!
It feels like soup season out there, which feels like bread season. This week, we’re bringing back our Spelt Sourdough and giving the Country Loaf a break. (If you normally order the Country, Spelt is your best bet unless you’d like to try something new.) Spelt is the grain used in our English muffins, so if you like those, give the Spelt Sourdough Bread a shot.
We have three more Lafayette Farmers Markets and two more Wednesday CSA Shares at Cure Organic Farm, so we’re starting to get questions about what we’ll be doing when those end:
For Wednesdays, we’re bringing back our Winter Bread Share. The advantage of the Bread Share is that even if the farm stand is closed, you’ll still be able to pick up your loaf of bread. You can find more information about and sign up for Cure’s Winter Share here and for our Winter Bread Share here. As long as sales continue, Ashley will be at the farm stand on Wednesdays selling baked goods through mid-December as well.
For weekends, we will still have online order pickups at our house in Lafayette on Saturdays. For those who haven’t tried this yet, you place your order online by midnight on Wednesday and then pick up between noon and 2 on Saturday. As long as sales continue at Cure Organic Farm on the weekends, we’ll still be dropping off baked goods for sale there on Saturdays as well.
Stay warm today, and have a great week!
