Good morning! A couple of bread notes...we've had some requests, so this week we'll have Rosemary Olive Oil, one of my favorites. We've also had requests for Baguettes and the Spelt Sourdough Bread, so you'll find those on the menu as well. If you usually order the Country Loaf, we recommend trying Spelt this week. I'll have Emmer at Cure on Wednesday, another ancient grain we haven't featured in awhile.

We will also be doing a new variation on the Sunflower Seed Sourdough Bread: the dough will be Einkorn, rather than Country. If you usually order Einkorn, Sunflower Seed is also an option for you this week. Those sunflower seeds add a little texture and flavor, and this bread makes an excellent toast.
