Good afternoon!

We have a new bread we’re launching this week: Roasted Garlic Sourdough Bread. This bread is similar to our Rosemary Olive Oil Sourdough Bread. It features Kamut flour, roasted garlic cloves, and what we’ll call a house-infused roasted garlic oil (olive oil, slow-roasted garlic, and a little of the following to enhance the flavor: lemon zest, fresh rosemary sprigs, and red pepper flakes). It has the same soft interior as our rosemary bread but with the sweet roasted garlic flavor shining through.

If you’ve picked up at the house on a recent Saturday, you might have already tried this bread. Based on the feedback we received, we haven’t changed the recipe since those sample loaves we offered.

Additionally, we're now offering half loaves of our sliced Honey Oat Sandwich Loaf as it's slightly larger than our other breads, so you'll see that on the menu as well.
