Il Porcellino Salumi is a Denver-born artisan charcuterie company founded by chef-owner Bill Miner in 2015. They handcraft over 45 varieties of salumi in small batches, including salami, sausages, prosciutto, and bacon, using ethically sourced heritage breed pork from Certified Humane farms. Featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, their products are available online, at farmers markets, and through specialty retailers.
