Overview
Founded in 2001 in our garage, Pagosa Baking Company has been providing hand crafted baked goods featuring local ingredients since the beginning. 22 years ago, sourcing those ingredients was a labor of love, and the relationships we created with local growers and producers are integral to the business we’ve created. Sourdough breads were the original basis for the business, and our product line expanded to please our locals. We introduced our quinoa salad in our café menu in 2004 to highlight this nutritious high altitude grain. We are active in promoting local food production through local non profits.
