Elmore Mountain Bread is owned by Andrew Heyn and Blair Marvin.
 
Blair was born and raised in Johnson, Vermont. After attending culinary school and cooking in Seattle, she returned with Andrew, who was also deeply involved in the culinary world. They worked in several local restaurants when the opportunity to take over a small bakery arose.

In 2004, they began their career as bakers and have been covered in flour since.

Elmore Mountain Bread is a husband and wife team and takes pride in the fact that each loaf is handmade and attended to from start to finish, a 16 hour process.
