Foxglove Bar & Hideaway and The Yard at Vintrey on Public

Vintrey Honest Goods owners are developing two complementary venues at 105-107 S Public Road in Lafayette, Colorado. Owner Jordan Lewis and his business partner plan to convert an apartment into Foxglove Bar & Hideaway, a craft cocktail lounge and garden bar described as a modern take on a speakeasy designed to function as an inclusive community gathering space. The adjacent property will feature The Yard at Vintrey with outdoor amenities including a pergola, deck, seating, tables, and an outside bar area. A nature play space is also planned. An Airstream food vendor space will operate seasonally from May to October. The space aims to be a welcoming space for connections with community members while remaining open to the public. An event coordinator will organize complimentary or low-cost programming such as movie and music nights, plus private event options.
