Hello all! 

We are bringing back the Emmer and Olive Thyme Sourdough Breads this week. If you haven't tried Emmer, it's another ancient wheat, like Einkorn, Kamut, and Spelt, that we'll feature from time to time as it's a bakers' favorite (and popular with customers who like the darker breads). Our Olive Thyme Bread uses Emmer, along with Castelvetrano olives and some fresh thyme. This is also the week for our Sandwich Loaf, which seems to fit as an every-other-week bread.
