We developed a frozen, thaw-and-bake recipe just in time for the holidays.

Hot Rolls after thawing and baking.

We've made hot rolls ahead of time and frozen them for the holidays for many years, so we developed a frozen, thaw-and-bake recipe that features White Sonora flour. Despite using whole-grain flour, these Japanese milk rolls raise nicely and bake into a soft roll. They also make excellent sandwiches with your holiday leftovers.

Pre-orders are limited, so if you really want some and are unable to order online, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.

White Sonora Flour*, Organic Bread Flour, Organic Milk, Organic Egg, Butter, Organic Sugar, Nonfat Dry Milk, Yeast, Salt

*Milled from 100% organic wheat berries grown by Jones Farms Organics in Hooper, Colorado
