Hello all!
Lemon oil (finally) in hand, we are launching our newest quick bread: Lemon Poppy Seed. Like our other quick breads, this one is 50% whole grain and features White Sonora flour. We've worked through a couple of iterations to get the best lemon flavor possible (lemon zest plus the long-awaited lemon oil). It's bright, it's lemon-y, it's not-too-sweet. It's finished with a lemon glaze on top.
We're launching a trial run of it this week, and we'll see if it's a permanent fixture on the menu.
