We strive to be a community-focused bakery that will not only nourish but delight the senses with our use of naturally leavened, freshly milled and mindfully sourced grains. A long and thorough fermentation with the addition of whole grain makes for bread that's more easily digested and free of unnecessary preservatives. It also tastes better and lasts longer. It's bread the way bread should be.
